Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of the specific systems or equipment being installed, including technical specifications and installation procedures. High school diploma or GED: Some college or trade skill for Project Management assistant track. Physical ability: Capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment as needed; lift 100 lbs. minimum with or without accommodation. Clean drug record, good physical and mental health, no criminal background. Clean driving record: NO criminal record due to the job site clearance requirements of client job sites. Hand tools proficiency: Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment needed for installation tasks. Problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during installation. Customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and address their questions. Attention to detail: Ensuring installations are completed accurately and with high quality standards. Professional appearance: Reliable personal transportation is required. Out of state travel: Required flying and company fleet for travel; Must be 25 years or older due to commercial insurance and travel requirements, specific job location and lodging.
