Job Description Location: Remote (will have to go on-site for the first week, but expenses will be covered). Pay Rate: Open Rate Interview: Phone and Video Interview. Job Responsibilities: Strong understanding of Azure environment and experience in working with Hybrid model. Working knowledge of setting up and running MS HDInsight. Project experience in Azure HDInsight Stack that involves components like HDInsight/Hortonworks (Pig, Hive, YARN, HBase), Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DWH, Azure Blob. Knowledge in Azure PowerShell scripting for deploying resources like Azure Storage, HDInsight cluster, Azure Data Factory. Knowledge in advanced analytics tools like Azure Machine Learning, Event Hubs, and Azure Stream Analytics. Advantageous to have experience with Data Visualization tools, particularly PowerBI using HDInsight cluster. Comfortable performing feasibility analysis for any MS Big Data use case. Open to travel across countries for sales, presales, and client interaction. Able to build competency for Microsoft HDInsight. Able to design and validate solution architecture as per Enterprise Architecture. Able to conduct code reviews in accordance with the organization's best practices; knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.
