Job Title: Director of Franchise Development Location: Based in office in Miami, FL Job Summary: The Director of Franchise Development is responsible for assisting in recruiting potential franchisees, managing leads, tracking leads through Salesforce, and supporting the overall franchise development process. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and an understanding of franchise operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Manage incoming leads from potential franchisees. Track and maintain records of leads and follow-up communications through the CRM platform, Salesforce. Communication: Communicate with prospective franchisees via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Ability to present during discovery day and at tradeshows. Guide, educate, and nurture candidates through VIO Med Spa's franchise sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation. Documentation: Prepare and organize franchise sales materials and CRM documentation. Adhere to legal requirements, including the sales process, distribution of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and preparation of the franchise agreement. Work closely with the Chief Development Officer to meet recruitment goals. Assist in the development and execution of franchise recruitment strategies. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal, and operations) to support franchise development efforts. Collaborate with area representatives to provide franchise sales support for their regions. Reporting: Prepare development reports and presentations for management. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improving sales strategies. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in franchise sales. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and direction. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM Salesforce software. Skills: This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, including sales outreach, pipeline management, lead conversion, and sales reporting while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of franchise operations and the medical spa industry is a plus. Working Conditions: Typical office environment or remote work. May require occasional travel for franchise exhibitions, tradeshows, discovery day, or company meetings.
