Responsibilities Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, with a focus on advanced technology facilities. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections (as needed) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Experience in advanced tech, semiconductor or EV manufacturing, data centers, or other technology sector clients.
