Exposure to a variety of environments and technologies: Server solutions from Cisco, VMware and Microsoft Storage solutions from Pure Storage and Rubrik Networking with Cisco and Meraki Mobile device management, iOS and Android MDM administration Monitoring and management using the ConnectWise suite (Automate, Connect, Manage, etc.) Security solutions including SIEM/SOC and XDR Application support for Microsoft desktop and server products Looking for someone that is personable, has good problem-solving skills and is willing to learn. This is a hands-on position that will require occasional hardware and end-user interaction. Minimum Cisco CCNP certification required.
