Please go through the below JD & send me the matching profiles: Role: Lead Software Development Engineer Location: O'fallon MO (Remote till Covid-19) Duration: 06 Months Plus Visa: USC & GC (as per EC requirement) End Client: Confidential till resume selection Summary Description Overview Push Payments Development team owns a number of applications, primarily focusing on the Mastercard Send application. Mastercard Send is an API-based application that primarily focuses on P2P and Disbursement transactions and is heavily integrated with Mastercard core applications. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions. Develop, customize, and test applications to integrate to MasterCard's specifications. Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical training to other team members. Be a part of a collaborative team environment. Stay on the cutting edge of digital payments technology. Role Accountable for systems development prioritized initiatives supporting Mastercard Send. Plan, design, and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with MasterCard standards, processes, and best practices. Adapt to the technical artifact templates per the needs of the project and technology. Contribute ideas to ensure that required standards and processes are in place. Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies and frameworks. Participate in PoCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with the selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies, and Frameworks. All About You Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure in an independent environment. Possesses strong communication skills -- both verbal and written - and strong relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. Advanced level work experience in job offered, or as Software Engineer, Technology Lead, or related qualifying experience. Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and work as a member of a matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project team. Experience with Digital payments such as P2P payment and/or disbursements. Advanced experience with the following technologies: Java Spring Spring Boot Web services Agile Development environment REST JSON Apache JUnit Maven Angular JS Microservices Soap UI Log4j Jboss7 Azure Skills: LEAD EXPERIENCE + Spring Boot, Java, Cloud (PCF but will look at others), Restful API, microservices. Required / Bonus Skills from Intake Notes Top 3 required technical skills: Java, Spring, PCF, cloud technologies, JavaScript, Hibernate. Desired/nice to have skills: Experience designing a full-scale application, Jenkins scripting, BlazeMeter, NoSQL database. Soft skills: Communication and good organization skills are a must. Disqualifying factors: No Java experience, candidates need to be advanced for the Lead position (typically 7 years of experience minimum), experience leading others on the team.
