The ideal candidate will bring expertise, analytical precision, and a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional legal services. Duties: Structure, negotiate, and manage mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Draft and review key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related contracts. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to specific business objectives. Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and other corporate matters. Lead and participate in negotiations on behalf of clients. Requirements: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactional work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional legal drafting and analytical abilities. A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Education: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
