Pathways to Community (PTC) is hiring a Manager for our Residential Services department. In this role you act as the Designation Coordinator and would oversee the day-to-day operations of three to four waiver or CRS programs. Each program has a site supervisor and a weekend lead to support the front-line team at each program. While this position is primarily Monday through Friday, it is subject to flexible hours including split shifts, varied days and times, including holidays. In addition, the Manager is expected to be available by phone and email throughout the entire week to support and problem solve with their site supervisors. Minimum Qualifications: Qualify as a Designated Coordinator per Mn Statute 245D. Two or more years of experience as a supervisor or manager of at least one CRS or waivered setting. Basic knowledge of MN Statute 245D. Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Able to pass a background study by DHS/Net Study 2.0. Able to read, write, and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements. Compensation and Benefits: Annual Range: $59,000-$61,000 DOQ Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, Pet Insurance, 401K, Cell Phone Reimbursement.
