Our Values: Personal, Agile, Innovative, and Integrity Job Summary: The Global Compensation, HR Systems, and Analytics Manager at Attindas is a pivotal role responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of global compensation programs while ensuring the alignment of HR systems and data analytics with organizational goals. This position will oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent across diverse markets. The Global Compensation, HR Systems, and Analytics Manager will possess a deep understanding of global compensation trends, HR systems management, and data analytics, combined with strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across departments and geographies, fostering a data-driven culture within the HR function. As a key member of Attindas' HR team, the Global Compensation, HR Systems, and Analytics Manager will contribute to the achievement of the company's overall objectives by enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational performance. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that administration of various compensation programs are in compliance with established regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures. This may include programs such as incentive compensation, sales compensation, MFG compensation program, annual merit review cycle, geographical differential, shift differential, etc. Advise, evaluate and make recommendations concerning job benchmarking, promotions/transfers and restructuring processes, and other cases involving problems that need to be resolved. Manage the salary increase and bonus year-end process inclusive of the sales incentive plan, including training and communication to HR partners and managers. Actively participate in the design of new programs, policies and/or business practices and coordinate their implementation by completing analysis to support the design and development of all compensation programs and processes to ensure alignment with compensation structures, current industry trends, and business needs. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making. Partner with regional HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of compensation programs and policies, fostering a collaborative approach to talent management. Lead initiatives to optimize the use of the Workday HRIS, including enhancements to data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user experience, while providing training and support to HR staff and end-users. Development and monitoring of HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness- dashboards to track key performance indicators related to compensation, employee engagement, turnover, EEO, AAP and other relevant HR functions. Active participant in acquisitions including due diligence, integration planning and execution. Support role in organizational design, restructuring, and severance administration. Support SVP on global projects, board presentation materials, and other related items. Required Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of HR experience. Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Human Resources, Industrial & Organizational Psychology or Business with an HR concentration, or similar required. HRIS experience required, Workday a plus. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
