Through your partnership with functional teams within our organization and external advisors, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate, enhance, create, and implement systems and procedures to help resolve current and mitigate future issues.Responsibilities: Concur and American Express Credit CardsAssist employees as neededConcur questions/reset password, etc. Assign and track trainings Profile setup/update/removal Submit expenses (if necessary) Audit expense reports (attention to detail very important) Ship credit cards to users Qualifications: You like to partner with like-minded people as well as our front-line operators in order to ensure their financial success and provide them the ability to care for those in need. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail. Devoted to continuous learning and development, and find new ways of challenging yourself. Ability to manage and meet challenging deadlines and prioritize simultaneous projects. Proficient in business-related software: Microsoft Excel and Word. Additional Information: Rate of Pay: $17 - $19 Hourly Number of Positions Available: 1 Position Type: Part-Time, Employee Schedule: 20 hours per week.
