Network Implementation Engineer 3

Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech is seeking an entry-level Network Implementation Engineer to support the meshONE-T program. meshONE"T is the ground component of the larger meshONE concept and will eventually integrate with the Air and Space components of meshONE to provide an end"to"end network solution across all mediums, environments, and warfighting domains. Installs, upgrades, and troubleshoots network equipment and software Creates and maintains documentation relating to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records Establishes and documents network technical support processes and procedures Practices network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications Monitors and tests network performance and provides network performance statistics and reports Able to communicate effectively with other project groups such as cybersecurity, network, operations, and Program Management teams during the installation and troubleshooting of systems components Support of all updates to all documents when there is change in the transport design and/or technologies and collaborating with all stakeholders CONUS/OCONUS travel required Minimum Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Layer 3 routing TCP/IP, Cyber Security Operations/Administration, RF/SATCOM Operations/Maintenance Understanding of networking and fundamentals of network troubleshooting Understanding of network transport design, equipment, and infrastructure Ability to work in remote locations with minimal support, lift a minimum of 50lbs and be comfortable working with your hands and using tools Current Security + certification SECURITY CLEARANCE: Current active Secret clearance and eligible for Top Secret/SCI Desired Qualifications Experience with NetBrain, Network Services Orchestrator, Solarwinds, Infoblox, and ITSM Knowledge of/experience with space mission systems Familiarity with VM, Linux, and/or Windows environments Experience with field-based work in government/contractor data centers and colocation facilities About Sev1Tech LLC Welcome to Sev1Tech!
