Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: Public Trust WebLogic Application Integrator - Advanced Location: Remote (Customer site locations: Dallas, TX, East Rutherford, NJ, and Richmond, VA)Time Zones: Eastern, Central, and MountainClearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required; must pass an enhanced background screening (criminal, financial, drug) for Public Trust clearance. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced WebLogic Application Integrator to support enterprise-level applications in a dynamic IT environment. This is a mid-level E-commerce position requiring a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with 6 to 15 years of experience in WebLogic product support. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and support skills in Unix (Solaris/Linux) and Windows environments and possess excellent communication and documentation abilities. You will lead and coordinate the design, development, implementation, and support of specialized business and technical IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in WebLogic, providing project planning and technical support to application developers and business owners. Act as the primary point of contact for WebLogic products throughout the application lifecycle. Ensure WebLogic readiness compliance and propose architectural solutions for high availability, reliability, and security. Develop and update migration project schedules and provide timely communication to stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex technical issues across various software platforms. Provide off-hours and regular weekend support as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of WebLogic installation, configuration, and administration on Solaris, Linux, and Windows. Strong experience in clustering, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for WebLogic applications. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, XML, and Web Services (5+ years). Hands-on experience with application instrumentation systems design, deployment, and support (5+ years preferred). Expertise in web infrastructure build and deployment. Strong understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, and other internet protocols (DNS, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP). Experience working in production Web hosting environments. Knowledge of AIX/Linux/Windows administration and Shell Scripting. Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with clients. Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose system issues. Ability to mentor junior administrators and foster new talent. Additional Details: This position supports an ongoing contract through 12/31/2028. Remote position within the U.S. (CONUS) with occasional travel to client sites for major releases/projects. On-call and weekend work required as part of the role.
