Vice President of Finance - 1519

A well-established consumer products company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy, optimize fiscal management, and drive growth. This role requires extensive financial planning, analysis, and leadership experience within e-commerce or consumer products industries. Responsibilities Include: Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to align with growth objectives. Lead financial reporting and risk management , including cash flow projections and P&L summaries. Collaborate with Brand & Sales Directors to optimize financial models and inventory management. Streamline payroll processes , develop compensation models, and manage HR-related financial considerations. Optimize vendor relationships , purchasing, freight costs, and warehouse cost utilization. Manage accounts receivable and work with sales to resolve payment issues. Supervise financial personnel , including the Financial Controller and Accounts Receivable Associate. Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field ; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role . Strong analytical skills , financial modeling expertise, and Excel proficiency. Proven leadership in scaling and optimizing financial processes . Experience in e-commerce or consumer products industries is highly preferred.
