We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director - Talent to lead our talent acquisition and talent engagement efforts within our fast-paced business. This role will be pivotal in creating strategies in attracting top-tier talent, fostering an engaging workplace culture, and ensuring our company remains a premier employer in the industry. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in tech and online gaming recruitment, a passion for innovative talent strategies, and a data-driven approach to hiring and employee engagement. They will collaborate with leadership to define hiring practices, employer branding, and engagement initiatives that align with our company's growth goals. In this role, you will: Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute our global recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Act as a thought leader for talent acquisition strategies to the business. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Increase business partnership of the Talent Acquisition team by working as a strategic advisor to the business and hiring leaders on talent-related matters. Partner with hiring managers and executives to create a proactive recruitment roadmap. Build and lead our high-performing talent acquisition team, equipping them with cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance, providing best practices in recruitment. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices to ensure a diverse workforce. Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to measure and optimize hiring effectiveness. Employer Branding & Engagement: Develop and amplify the company's employer brand across social media, industry events, and talent networks. Collaborate with relevant internal teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns tailored to the appropriate audience. What are we looking for? Extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR leadership, preferably within gaming or tech. Proven track record in scaling teams for high-growth gaming or technology businesses. Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market dynamics. Ability to build and drive a long-term talent acquisition strategy. Skilled in using recruitment metrics and analytics for decision-making. Experience in building an attractive and authentic employer brand. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment tools, and other industry hiring platforms.
