An employer is seeking a Project Manager/Workstream Lead to join their team. This is primarily a remote position, but this person should be able to travel to Hartford, CT as needed. This position is open because there is a state agency in need of additional support as they migrate to a new case management platform. This Project Manager/Workstream Lead should have an understanding of application and data migrations, requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction and management, and test meetings and test preparation. They should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, and/or claims processing. The Project Manager/Workstream Lead will be responsible for managing this project from concept through creation with a specific emphasis on the workstream data. They will be responsible for utilizing standard program and project tools to manage and handle metrics, create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas and more. They will need to communicate and facilitate project consensus among stakeholders, and will deliver clear and specific communication to business owners and IT program team leads. The ideal candidate should have previously worked within an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, and have the ability to create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, and meeting agendas as needed. This person must have exemplary communication skills and have high attention to detail. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager supporting enterprise platform modernization efforts Experience with HIPAA constrained data and have experience with EHR, EMR, Eligibility, Case Management and/or Claims Processing Experience working as part of an enterprise PMO 10+ years of experience with MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, and related technologies Strong experience with Agile and delivering program support for Agile transformation efforts We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
