Job Profile Summary The HRIS Manager at ONEOK is a key leadership role reporting to the HR Strategy Director. This position is responsible for leading a team and partnering with key stakeholders to enhance HR technology solutions. This role includes managing, optimizing, and maintaining HR Information Systems to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and exceptional user experiences through: HR System Management & Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS to meet organizational needs. End-User Training and Support: Develop and support best practices for HRIS use across the organization. Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal use of HR systems and tools. Compliance and System Integrity: Ensure all HR systems comply with legal, security, and organizational standards, maintaining data integrity and system performance. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Key Role Responsibilities: HR System Management & Maintenance Oversee the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day maintenance of HRIS platforms to align with organizational goals, incorporating agile best practices for continuous improvement. Partner with IT to troubleshoot technical issues in an agile, collaborative environment. Continuously assess HRIS capabilities, system performance and proactively address areas for improvement through iterative feedback loops. Implementation, Upgrades & Optimization Lead system implementation projects using agile project management, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery. Conduct testing and validation for system upgrades to ensure compatibility and functionality in an agile-driven, iterative approach. Maintain project governance and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle, adaptable to agile changes and feedback. Continuously assess HRIS capabilities and identify areas for process improvements. Compliance & Security Oversee the integrity and confidentiality of employee data stored within the HRIS. Ensure HRIS complies with all applicable laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies using agile risk management techniques. Conduct regular audits to validate data integrity and system performance, with agile approaches for continuous monitoring and improvement. User Support & Training Develop and deliver agile-focused training programs and resources to support effective system use by employees and HR teams. Provide hands-on support to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring a positive user experience in a flexible and adaptable manner. Maintain and update system documentation, including user guides and process manuals, ensuring they reflect agile changes. Performance and Productivity Metrics Establish, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HRIS system usage; such as system implementation and upgrade timeliness, data accuracy, user adoption rates, and operational efficiency gains. Key Leadership Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Alignment Align HRIS strategy with ONEOK's vision and organizational goals, ensuring systems support broader HR and business objectives through agile practices. Building Trust and Collaboration Foster partnerships with HR, IT, and business leaders using agile methodologies to ensure alignment of system capabilities with operational needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise in HRIS management and innovative solutions, incorporating agile principles to drive flexibility and responsiveness. Team Development and Mentorship Build and mentor a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with an agile mindset. Delegate effectively, ensuring team resources are utilized efficiently to deliver high-quality, agile results. Change Management and Innovation Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of system updates and new technologies with an agile approach. Champion continuous improvement by exploring and implementing emerging HRIS trends and innovations within an agile context. Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field and the following experience: Work Experience 5-7 years of HRIS management or related experience, with demonstrated expertise in system support and configuration preferred. Experience working with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar) with agile project management methodologies required. Experience managing HRIS-related projects with the ability to ensure successful project delivery preferred. Proven track record of providing end-user training and support to diverse audiences. Familiarity with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and HR compliance standards. Experience collaborating with IT and vendor partners on system integration and enhancements. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of: Expertise in end-user training, system support, and technical troubleshooting. Knowledge of: data security and privacy standards related to employee information. Knowledge of: HR processes, including payroll, benefits, performance management and recruiting. Skills in: HRIS configuration, implementation, and management within an agile environment. Skills in: Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills. Skills in: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure data accuracy and system optimization. Skills in: Excellent communication to engage stakeholders and facilitate training effectively. Ability to: manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Licenses and Certifications None required; Professional certifications in HRIS or HR technology are highly preferred.
