YOUR IMPACT This position is for a Software and Systems Engineer for our software lab integration efforts in the Multi-domain Integration space. This technical leader will have strong leadership skills to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to design, develop, integrate, and test integration environments of software products in a lab environment for Advanced Development Programs. Your responsibilities will span the Agile development lifecycle, including requirements elicitation/generation, system and software design/implementation/integration needs in the lab. Our Software and Systems Engineering Architect will participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum process supporting laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance. What's In It For You: 3-day weekends every weekend! Basic Qualifications: Programming Experience in Java and/or C++ Demonstrated experience in Software Lab capabilities integration, execution, and maintenance Bachelor's degree or above in STEM Desired Skills: Agile environment experience a big plus. Experience leading cross-collaboration, cross-site integration projects. Technical team management to include schedule, cost, scope. Stakeholder management. OMS/UCI experience Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
