Join us and become part of an inclusive team.Client Overview: Our client is a long-standing, well-respected nonprofit organization looking to add a Non-Profit CFO . This company is seeking an experienced professional who can lead a team just as effectively as they work independently.Salary/Hourly Rate: $70/hrPosition Overview: Non-Profit CFO applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills with experience in senior-level leadership roles. Our client is looking for a minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience with previous experience as a Director of Finance or CFO with a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate for the Non-Profit CFO role should be hard-working and comfortable with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Background in the non-profit industry and experience working on budgets, forecasting, and presenting reports to an executive board is a must. Experience with the software Blackbaud is a plus.Responsibilities of the Non-Profit CFO: Preparing financial analyses and reports. Overseeing the maintenance of the balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Overseeing and coordinating with staff on Accounts Payable and Receivables. Responsible for updating/reviewing the forecast on a weekly, monthly, and year-end basis. Working on budget and financials to prepare for a board and executives. Required Experience/Skills for the Non-Profit CFO: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills. ERP systems experience. Leadership, communication, and financial analysis on an accounting team are all a big plus. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or a related field is required.
