The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Vendor Payments and Accounts Payable within a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Concur and people management is essential for this role. In-Office Policy: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of three, ensuring accountability and professional growth. Oversee vendor payments, T&E reimbursements, and corporate card programs, leveraging SAP Concur and Microsoft D365 to drive process efficiencies. Manage cash disbursements, including payroll funding, tax payments, and off-cycle vendor payments. Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations, including cash accounts. Oversee year-end 1099 filings and compliance. Develop and implement policies to streamline payment processes and enhance internal controls. Conduct training sessions on vendor payments and T&E best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to address accounting and payable inquiries. Lead process improvement initiatives, including evaluating vendor payment platforms to support firm growth. Support ad hoc projects as needed.
