Position: Business Solutions Manager - Order to Cash (OTC) Location: Houston, TX Type: Direct Hire Salary: 135-155K + 15% bonus Start Date: February 2025 (solutions requirements meetings start January 27th) Interview Process: Virtual interviews with leadership, followed by in-person interviews in Houston Work Setup: Heavy in-office for 2025, transitioning to 2-3 days per week onsite in subsequent years Role Overview The Business Solutions Manager - OTC will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the technology for the Order to Cash value stream. This includes aligning key metrics to drive efficiency, managing SAP S4 HANA systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business and technology objectives are met. The position will also support post-implementation system improvements and work closely with Accenture for offshore support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical champion for SAP S4 HANA implementation and transformation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize end-to-end processes for OTC. Manage and govern OTC processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Provide system solutions for business needs, including integrations with SAP modules (FICO, MM, PP) and third-party applications. Oversee process adoption and support user training and reporting needs. Critical Skills and Requirements Extensive experience in SAP SD, MM, and Manufacturing modules, including ancillary systems. Proven expertise in SAP S4 HANA and E2E business process transformations. Strong knowledge of sales orders, invoicing, contracts/pricing, and integration with plant maintenance. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across departments. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in SAP support, consulting, or financial systems roles, focusing on OTC. Preferred: SAP certification or equivalent credentials. Experience with Salesforce and contract/pricing management tools.
