Project Architect / Project Manager Minnetonka, MN - hybrid | Direct Hire | $75K - $85K Konik is partnering with a well-established Architectural firm with expertise in commercial sector work and is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager. Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Architect / Project Manager will complete new construction and remodeling projects on schedule and within budget. Project Architect / Project Manager Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to complete projects on time and within budget Client and contractor communication Works in all stages of a project from conceptual design to SD, DD, CD to CA Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards Consult with engineering and consultants Manage drawing sets and provide guidance to Intern Architects and Drafters to ensure accuracy in drawings. Project Architect / Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture; Registration is a plus 6+ years' experience Proficiency with Revit and MS Office; Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, and Lumion is a plus Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction Background with commercial building projects Previous project management experience High-level communication skills Benefits: Health and Dental insurance Health Savings Accounts (HSA) - company funded Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k Short and long-term disability, Life insurance Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
