Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success Howard University seeks a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success (SVP) to join the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the President, this role will lead all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, and retention efforts with a data-driven focus on student success and institutional growth. The SVP will shape and implement a strategic enrollment management plan that is innovative and aligned with Howard University's mission and strategic plan. Collaborating with cross-campus stakeholders, this leader will play a critical role in promoting and maintaining a collaborative, student-centered culture that prioritizes sustainable enrollment growth, retention, and student success. As a senior advisor to the President and Cabinet member, the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success (SVP) will provide strategic guidance on key enrollment-related areas such as enrollment trends, scholarship allocation, discounting strategies, and tuition models, that support the University's long-term financial sustainability while meeting its mission to serve a diverse student population. The SVP is responsible and accountable for planning, coordination, and collaboration of activities that contribute to student persistence, academic and professional success, and completion. The Senior Vice President provides direct leadership for and supervision of 60+ employees in the offices of Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Success. The executive is an innovative and inspirational leader with exceptional relationship building and strategic influencing skills who can achieve outstanding results in a complex environment, an individual who understands operational constraints while recognizing opportunities. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $325,000-$375,000 with a generous benefits package.
