Project Engineer

Compensation: 78,000.-90,000. / Annually Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced Project Engineer to join our winning team in Dallas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create the project Conceptual Layout Drawing (CLD) in AutoCAD 2D format. Participate in equipment/product testing. Take on-site field dimensions and/or design development with customers. Generate the project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format. Generate a Change Order Log (document differences on what was sold vs. what is required for the functional aspect of the system). Generate the Critical Controls Logic for the system (CCL). Track ELD approval. Coordinate PLC Program simulations with the controls group. Maintain time charging Networks in SAP for projects. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Associate of Applied Science degree in an engineering-related field (e.g., Computer-Aided Design and Drafting, Architectural Design). At least three (3) years of experience as a Project Engineer. Ability to produce engineering documents (layout drawings or MAD lists). Able to travel domestically/internationally 15-25%.
