Title: NCIS Citrix Administrator Location: Quantico, VA Clearance: Secret clearance to start; must be able to obtain TS/SCISeize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Citrix Administrator supporting The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). NCIS is an organization of over 2,200 personnel of which 700 serve at HQ and the remaining staff serve at offices worldwide. NCIS is the Department of Navy (DON) component with primary responsibility for criminal investigation, law enforcement (LE), counterterrorism (CT), counterintelligence (CI), and cyber matters. How a Citrix Administrator will Make an Impact: Small team environment, with open communication, work across multiple teams to communicate with Security Operations; Cyber and DevOps. Assists with other Federal Agencies to help combat crime and resolve complex technical challenges. What You'll Need to Succeed: Clearance: Must have at minimum an active Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Education: BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Security + Required Experience: 5+ years of experience and deep expertise with systems administration Required Technical Skills: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVA&D) Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) Experience integrating Citrix NetScaler ADC/NetScaler FIPS devices in an enterprise environment Upgrades Citrix based applications and hardware as required Dell Wyse terminal integration Assists with daily operations and maintenance of enterprise Windows-based environments. Provides support with restoration efforts for unplanned system outages and service disruptions Assists various SMEs with task-oriented work while receiving OJT learning opportunities (VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, MS SQL). Performs software upgrades, patch installs, firmware upgrades Performs incident resolution for Tier 3 requests Diagnosis and troubleshoot problems related to the OS, hardware, network, and related software Troubleshoot and configure servers in a virtual environment using vSphere Create scripts in various shells to automate daily and periodic tasks Document work for leadership, update/create Standard Operating Procedures, and brief staff and customers on various tasks Required Skills and Abilities: Highly experienced in configuration, management and deployment of Citrix ADC/NetScaler FIPS HA appliances Strong understanding of Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADM) Strong understanding of Citrix Web Application Firewall (WAF) Managing Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, for hosted applications and virtual desktop deployments via zero client terminals Microsoft Windows desktop design engineering and implementation options System configuration based on security guidelines such as DISA STIGs Security+ Preferred Skills: Strong Citrix skillset; Citrix Administration, Citrix Hypervisor, Citrix NetScaler; in lieu experience with NLB and F5 will be considered Location: On Customer Site in Quantico, VA Arena Technical Resources, LLC, (ATR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who will provide equal employment opportunity to employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, veteran status, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, genetic information, or mental or physical disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
