Customer Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in Secaucus, NJ. Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge of ServiceNow; Data center experience is a plus. Job Title: Customer Engineer Location: 800 Secaucus Rd, Secaucus, NJ Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $28/hr - $30.53/hr on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Schedule: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Mon - Sat Responsibilities: End User Device Install, Repair, Setup, Configuration, Upgrade. Office Moves/Setup and Minimal migration. Role Overview: Supporting one of our banking clients for all things network-related including escort services, basic network cabling, and customer communications. Technical Environment & Minimum Skills/Experience: Minimal technical support; CCT preferred with (1+) year experience. One year of Data Center experience preferred. Professional Accreditations: Net+; CCT preferred. Nice to Have Skills/Experience: Networking experience and familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow). Team Structure: Will be working in a team environment. Local Resource: Yes, this would be the ideal choice. Remote Work: No. Travel Requirements: Travel to support spoke locations (if needed).
