They are seeking a Director of Fixed Income High-Touch Trading Support, to serve as a player coach, leading a large team, and overseeing support within fixed income across client/referral data, high-touch trading, L2 server investigation & troubleshooting, and risk & governance. Job Title: Director, Fixed Income Trade Support ManagerLocation: NYC / Manhattan - Onsite 3x per week. Must be local to NYC-metro area to be considered.Required Technology And Skills: 15+ years professional experience in IT / Support, with 5-10 years of leadership/management experience in support within financial services Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, fixed income products (FX, Cash, Rates Derivatives, Structured Products, Commodities and Futures, Credit, market risk) Primary focus throughout career in technology support of capital market front office trading and related functions Application support experience with Bloomberg TOMs, Murex Strong understanding of ITIL Service management practices Experience providing support across client data, trading floor, L2 Server investigation/troubleshooting, risk & governance Player-coach mentality & experience: strong leadership + supervisor skills while remaining highly technical and hands-on Experience / Ability leading 4+ direct reports (managers) Knowledge of Shell/Perl/Python scripting, Oracle/Sybase/SQL, Database performance tuning Additional Skills: Experience overseeing global support environment Experience at large, multi-national financial services firms Experience supporting applications within fixed-income trading Salary Range: +/- 250,000 base salary, $100,000 - $150,000 annual cash bonus (+/- $400,000 total cash compensation, based on experience)Benefits And Perks: Excellent benefits Opportunity to make large impact at one of the most prestigious, global financial services firms in the world Excellent culture, people, and push for innovation Consistent bonuses If you are interested, please apply directly for immediate consideration, or reach out to Andrew Zaloom for more information: Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
