Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET, React, AWS) Location: North Andover, MA, USA (Onsite) Looking for candidates on our W2 Note: Last round will be f2f Role Summary: Experienced Technical Lead skilled in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and AWS with expertise in Microservice Architecture, deployment activities, and team management. Primary Skills: Cloud: AWS (Deployment and management) Secondary Skills: Proficient in responsive design frameworks like Material-UI and Bootstrap Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team for end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions. Implement and manage Microservice Architecture for high-performance applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onsite-offshore coordination. Oversee and execute deployment activities in AWS environments. Design and optimize relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL. Utilize Dapper ORM for efficient database interactions. Mentor and guide team members, conducting performance reviews. Engage in project management activities, including task assignment, tracking, and risk management. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
