FICO SAP/HANA Lead (Pharmaceutical Exp) Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Salary: 150-170K + BonusCompany Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company seeking a Senior SAP FICO Manager to lead a talented team of FICO S/4HANA professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and agile environment, directly supporting strategic initiatives under the CIO.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO S/4HANA professionals, providing technical and functional application/configuration. Drive key SAP projects, including implementation, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop SAP-based solutions. Ensure system integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP applications. Stay current with SAP technologies and trends, ensuring best practices are implemented. Requirements: Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA - candidates without this will not be considered. Proven experience leading SAP teams and projects within a corporate environment. Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business units to drive SAP strategy and execution.
