Position Summary This is a full-time Regional Sales Lead role located in North America's West Coast. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and controlling sales processes in the states of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and the province of British Columbia to ensure the budgeted annual sales volume, contributing to business profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure profitable compliance with the sales budget by proposing actions and strategies at the channel/customer/end user level. Carry out the strategic planning for the region by leading the pipeline construction for each State/customer and supervising the achievement of business KPIs on CRM. Supervise, analyze, and manage the correct collection of Seafood/Aquaculture market information from relevant categories, channels, and customers in the West Coast region. Actively seek growth opportunities through consultative sales in the Seafood industry. Develop customer relationships within the fishing and aquaculture industry. Lead and execute the Rotovia's and Saeplast strategic projects related to the commercial area. Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences and trade shows, as required. Qualifications : Ability to travel extensively within the territory (overnight travel 50%+); 5+ years of experience in the aquaculture or seafood industry (Salmon, Crab, Fish, Prawn, Tuna); College degree or equivalent work experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in the local language. Living in the country where you are applying for this position (US or Canada). Understanding of aquaculture value chain in the global trade business. Internal Contacts: With the Fishing and Aquaculture Leadership Team to align commercial strategies, open, develop, and grow business with each client. With the customer service and logistics departments to coordinate and plan product requirements, ensuring timely supply of isothermal bins for clients. With the Finance area to manage incoming international payments, analyze and evaluate credit alternatives for international trade, and supervise clients' accounts receivable to ensure they are on time, releasing export orders, and contributing to optimal commercial conditions. With the Marketing and NBD area to coordinate necessary market information, such as market price benchmarks, territory export data, customer testimonials, and seafood market prices, among others. External Contacts: Direct contact with decision-makers and influencers (wide & deep consultative selling techniques). Coordination with clients' logistics areas for dispatch within their operations. Interaction with industry associations. Coordination with distributors' sales forces. Competencies, Responsibilities, and Authorities: To ensure performance and continuous improvement, the employee assuming the position described in this document will be responsible for complying with the commercial policies established by Saeplast and Rotovia. Educational Background: University Degree: Business Administration or related fields. Languages: Advanced English proficiency. Spanish (desirable). Software Skills: Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Demand planning tools (desirable). Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of B2B commercial experience , preferably in multinational companies within the aquaculture sector. Key Competencies and Knowledge: Expertise in B2B commercial management , sales strategies , negotiation strategies, closing techniques. Preferably knowledgeable about the aquaculture industry , particularly in salmon production, On board handling. Preferably knowledgeable about the packaging industries (plastic, carton). Preferably knowledge processing equipment for food processing companies. Skills: Sales and Sales Management experience. Integrity and Trust. Communication and Customer Service skills.
