Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you'll love about this role: Achievable Targets: You'll average 25 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. Uncapped Bonus Potential: You'll have an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours, but it's entirely up to you. Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV. Autonomy over Your Schedule: You'll have full control over when and where you supervise your cases. Administrative Support: Focus on clinical care while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Qualifications and Requirements Master's degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
