Information Technology Help Desk Support Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an IT Help Desk Support/Admin to provide Tier 1 technical support and administrative assistance for the IT department. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site Tier 1 technical support, resolving end-user issues and escalating as needed. Assist with Microsoft 365 support and training, helping users navigate SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to a knowledge base for common IT issues. Support IT department operations, including vendor coordination, asset inventory, and invoice processing. Manage general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, call routing, and office supply management. Qualifications: 1+ year of IT support experience (service desk or technical role preferred). Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications. White Glove service experience preferred. 4x a week in office (Manhattan).
