A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn is seeking an HR Generalist to manage key Human Resources functions , including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance . This role will act as the primary HR point of contact , ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with company goals. Responsibilities Include: Oversee job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination . Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding processes. Ensure employee credentialing meets regulatory standards. Administer benefits enrollment and assist with open enrollment . Address employee relations issues and investigate concerns. Maintain and update the HRIS system for accurate records. Coordinate with payroll to ensure smooth processing. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures . Lead HR projects , including performance review cycles. Ideal Qualifications: 2-3 years of HR experience , preferably in healthcare. Advanced HR certification (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems . Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills .
