SCHOOL DIRECTOR Position Reports to : Executive Director Start Date : Immediately Hours : 7:00am-5:00pm Compensation : $140,000 - $170,000 (Please note that this is a general range; salaries are determined based on credentials and years of experience) About Us: As one of the highest performing charter networks in New York City, Classical Charter Schools is having a meaningful impact on education in the South Bronx. Position Summary: The School Director will take responsibility for several aspects of Classical. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: School Site Management Scheduling, staffing, transitions, communication, enrollment, coordinating across school-site departments. Exceptional teachers will have the best skills to develop an exceptional faculty. Qualifications: At least 5 years in the roles of Grade Team Leader, Dean of Students, or Instructional Coach. Experience working at a high-performing charter school (preferred). Successful Candidates Will: Show alignment to Classical Charter School's mission and approach.
