In-House: IP Litigation Counsel - Orange County We are seeking a Patent Litigation Counsel for an opportunity with a technology manufacturing company in Orange County. The ideal attorney will have at least 15 years of experience with IP and patent litigation including overseeing post-grant proceedings, managing large cases, working closely with outside counsel, and developing complex case strategies directly with the CEO. Qualifications: Experience representing technology clients in patent litigation matters in front of the USPTO Advising business units and providing strategic guidance Collaborate with outside counsel Managing the discovery process Big Law experience J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the California Bar and USPTO Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of at least $300K+, a guaranteed bonus, and equity with an all-in compensation of around $450,000+.
