General Requirements: Exemplifies rigor and dedication to project and office culture. Can thoroughly work through project concepts and execute at detailed level. Excellent time management skills, efficient and thorough and can competently meet deadlines. Comfort and skill with client and consultant interaction. Works well in a team, interested in learning from others, and can course-correct when given direction from project managers. Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. Optimistic, honest, self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic and invested in the field of architecture. Excited to work in-person with teams in the office. Required Experience in the Field: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required. Proficiency in Revit is required. Has completed a full-design process and documentation for at least one project (Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documents). Comfortable with architectural drawing set standards and organization. Has experience completing redlined drawings. Ability to understand, review, and coordinate consultant drawings. Basic understanding of local building codes and accessibility requirements. Familiarity with construction administration processes, including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD's), visiting the construction site to gather information and/or preparing a punch list. Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Lumion or vRay is desirable, but not required. Experience with multi-family residential projects is a plus. Licensure is not required, but desirable.
