Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Site Technical Manager, assisting with the end-to-end delivery of engineering and maintenance needs at the Unilever operation in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In this role, you will help manage the seamless implementation of projects throughout the site and deliver the Reliability Program for the factory. This includes coordinating day-to-day engagement with various stakeholders, managing contractors, ensuring construction safety, overseeing budget management, and scheduling staff. You will support Unilever Manufacturing Standards (UMS) through key pillars, including Early Equipment Management (EEM) and Planned Maintenance (PM).
