Employer Industry: Software Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $266,350.00 based on location and experience Bonus eligibility tied to achievement of sales goals and company performance Comprehensive health benefits from day one of employment Flexible remote work arrangement Opportunity for career advancement and leadership development within a rapidly growing team Supportive company culture that values trust, equality, and open communication What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage a team of Presales Managers and Solution Consultants in the Public Sector vertical Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams Mentor and coach team members on understanding complex business challenges and product offerings Oversee product demonstrations, customer engagements, and proof of concepts Act as a thought leader and represent the employer's solutions at industry events and conferences What is Required (Qualifications): 12+ years of overall experience in Public Sector presales 5+ years of people management experience within Public Sector software presales BA/BS or equivalent experience in a business or technical-related field Proven track record of driving value selling methodologies and success in selling SaaS solutions Willingness to travel 50% or more as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): 15+ years of experience in a technical presales role selling enterprise-level software Strong understanding of Public Sector regulatory bodies and their impact on the industry Familiarity with electronic signature concepts and enterprise-class software systems (ERP, CRM, ECM) Demonstrated public speaking and thought leadership in the Public Sector space Experience in building and enabling a rapidly growing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
