Provide guidance and professional learning for providers on the implementation of mixed-age curriculum. Support coaching for providers. Support providers with child assessments, authentic assessments, and serving special populations. Support with professional development for providers. Support with provider recruitment, student recruitment, and family services. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Spanish speaking preferred. Require employees to adhere to policies and procedures related to abuse risk. Respond quickly to policy and procedure violations using the organization's progressive disciplinary procedures. Respond seriously and confidently to reports of suspicious and inappropriate behaviors. Follow mandated reporting requirements. Communicate to all employees the organization's commitment to protect their clients from abuse. Report essential abuse risk management information to the board of directors.
