We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated software engineer with a diverse set of technical abilities and experience in full stack web technologies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate, delivering value early and often. Develop across the technology stack, moving between frontend, middle-tier, and backend. Migrate existing solutions to cloud platforms (AWS) using a mix of industry best practices and proprietary approaches. Participate in full software development lifecycle. Engage in design reviews, code reviews, and team discussions to ensure code quality and alignment with technical goals. Requirements: Expertise in statically-typed languages such as C# and Java. Experience in both frontend and middle-tier/service layer development. Proficient in object-oriented and functional programming paradigms, as well as software design and enterprise integration patterns. Thorough knowledge of open source frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, Angular, and Material-UI. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL database engines like MongoDB. Experience with CI/CD/DevOps practices and technologies like GitLab/GitHub, containers/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), package managers, and Jenkins. Curiosity-driven individual who stays on the forefront of emerging technology & trends, who can pragmatically apply them when appropriate. Experience with cloud providers such as AWS. Ability to perform complex research, design, and software development tasks within a specific business functional area or product line. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development. Highly motivated, self-reliant problem solver with a strong ability to think critically. Experience using TFS or other version control systems. A minimum of 7 years of software development and technical experience required. Expert at developing high quality and well-tested code, consistently producing scalable coding solutions. Desired Skills: Experience with point of sale, merchant services, or e-commerce applications/websites are a plus. Experience taking a Windows-based application and migrating to the Cloud is a plus.
