The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and modification of educational products ranging from assessments to courses, managing all aspects of project development from concept to deployment. This role demands continuous engagement with new technologies, product roadmaps, and maintaining up-to-date certifications relevant to Client's evolving product lines. Job Responsibilities Develop and update technical training materials and programs, including Instructor Certification and Train the Trainer initiatives. Manage the creation and revision of educational products, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance. Coordinate with external instructors, providing necessary technical information about educational offerings. Engage in project management tasks related to training efforts, including personnel coordination and development tracking. Act as a technical escalation point within the project team, offering solutions and ensuring quality control throughout the education material development process. Must Have Skills Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts and Cisco Data Center technologies. Proficiency in developing and delivering technical training materials. Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter. Required Experience Experience within the networking and education/training industry is preferred, especially within Data Center Engineering contexts. Familiarity with Cisco's product line and certification paths (e.g., CCNP, CCIE Data Center) is highly desirable.
