About the role We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Data Scientist to lead analytics and operations for our paid marketing efforts. This role is central to significantly scaling our reach across digital and traditional paid marketing channels and platforms, ensuring our investments in paid marketing are driving measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will: Own our marketing measurement strategy - from attribution modeling to incrementality testing - ensuring we have a crystal-clear view of what drives performance across our marketing mix. Build and optimize dynamic LTV models that power our spend decisions, helping us target the right customers and maximize ROI across both B2B and B2C segments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
