Job Summary: This is an exciting hybrid role in Anaheim, CA, where you'll be the primary coordinator for a team of engineers, helping organize and dispatch service requests efficiently. You'll work closely with technical teams to manage ticket workflows, coordinate field activities, and ensure timely service execution. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and an interest in technical coordination. Here's what you'll be doing: Managing service tickets, ensuring they are assigned to the right technical team based on priority and skill set. Coordinating field activities, including scheduling and optimizing travel logistics using Google Maps. Maintaining clear communication between engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure service requests are met efficiently. Tracking and prioritizing client contractual obligations while monitoring service deadlines. Auditing and approving travel expenses for onsite technician visits. Providing customer service support, following up on tickets via phone or email to ensure resolution. Here's what our ideal candidate has: 1+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative coordination in a professional environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools like Salesforce. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in client-facing interactions. Hybrid work environment (2-3 days in office per week in Anaheim, CA).
