Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong Retail Industry background to join our client in Beaverton, OR . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Role Highlights: Lead development and maintenance of small- to mid-scale programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment . Define sprint scopes and ensure alignment with quarterly objectives. Provide technical leadership , guiding the team through sprint design and execution. Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent education/experience combination). Strong expertise in software design, development, and maintenance . Proven problem-solving and debugging skills . Experience leading or mentoring software development teams. Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities. Experience with Retail Apparel & Fashion, Sporting goods manufacturing or similar domain is highly desirable. Proficiency in Java, Python , AWS/Cloud Technologies , CI/CD implementation , and DevOps practices .
