Base pay range $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr Hiring Partner - Digital Services at Insight Global We are seeking a proactive and experienced VIP IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshooting services to C-Level executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless hardware and software functionality by constantly testing systems to prevent issues before they arise. This role demands a highly organized individual with a deep technical knowledge base and the ability to stay ahead of potential IT challenges in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive IT support for C-Level executives, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues before they arise. Maintain and troubleshoot the full range of executive technology, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, and more. Provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for a variety of technologies, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Regularly test and monitor hardware and software to identify potential issues and implement solutions before they impact operations. Support a range of technologies, including: Windows OS, Office 365, Microsoft Teams Cisco (including Desk Minis, video conferencing, camera, and speaker troubleshooting) Dell, HP/Canon printers, mobile devices, Dell laptops, desktops, and monitors Financial applications and other specialized software used by C-level executives. Ensure high-level performance and user satisfaction for all C-level executive technologies. Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain smooth operations, escalate when necessary, and contribute to the overall IT strategy. Required Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office 365 Be familiar with supporting VC equipment and experience using Zoom, MS Teams and Skype Experience with supporting mobile devices (Blackberry and iPhone) Experience with white glove support of VIP customers Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles: Compensation: $40/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
