Job Details In this role, you will support engineering and production employees in the design, build, testing, and installation of custom finished products as needed. Monitor the project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the project can be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Process & Product Optimization Design and implement innovative solutions for thermal energy efficiency and water treatment using proprietary technologies. Develop custom solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales, project engineers, and operations to refine designs and address fabrication challenges. Work with vendors to cost atypical systems, including closed-loop heaters and economizers. Technical Documentation & Process Improvement Enhance technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and system layouts. Maintain up-to-date vendor price books and tools for accurate costing. Optimize departmental processes, update SOPs, and develop training plans. Leadership & Business Impact Mentor new team members and promote innovation. Manage proposals, pricing, and order bookings to align with market conditions. Work closely with sales to assess customer needs and develop cost-effective system designs. Qualifications Required 8+ years of engineering experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Expertise in heater design, heat recovery calculations, and industrial system design (direct contact water heaters, steam heaters, heat reclaimers, etc.). Project management experience.
