Location : Duties : Handle and manage a variety of litigation and insurance defense matters. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients in complex insurance coverage disputes. Lead cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service. Support the growth of the firm's practice through active involvement in case development and client outreach. Requirements : Litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense and coverage. A background in insurance coverage, professional liability, employment, general liability, complex litigation, products liability and/or construction defect is a positive but not required. Strong knowledge of insurance law, liability defense, and complex litigation. Ability to manage a caseload independently while working effectively within a team environment. Proven experience in legal writing, including drafting motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications : Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction(s). Skills : In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage, defense strategies, and litigation processes. Ability to handle a diverse range of legal issues and clients.
