Employer Branding: Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance PSAI's reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Performance Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to monitor recruitment effectiveness, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment functions. Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions and building high-performing teams. Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
