Role Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and secure the most qualified candidates across various functions, with a primary focus on building our digital marketing and sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Formulate and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on sourcing high-caliber candidates for roles such as Senior Digital Marketing Account Strategists and other key positions. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Employer Branding: Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance PSAI's reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates, and offer guidance throughout the recruitment process. Performance Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to monitor recruitment effectiveness, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment functions. Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions and building high-performing teams. Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
