Base pay range $300,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr A multi-brand apparel manufacturer and distributor is seeking an SVP of Sales & Merchandising to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities: Drive business in the mid-tier/off-price retail space Lead the sales organization with focus on strategic brand placement Oversee a team across design and production Conduct extensive competitive research and understand consumer lifestyle to align with brand vision Develop retailer specific programs and account plans Partner with merchandising and design to develop proper line assortment Monitor product performance Drive innovative ideas to support sales growth opportunities Maintain key relationships with retailers Demonstrate a deep understanding of the US retail market Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience with existing buyer relationships Denim experience is required Deep knowledge and skill in developing strategic business plans and budgeting Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Creative approach to problem solving short/long term challenges Please submit your resume for consideration!
