Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.Under the supervision of the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Sales Development will own both the pipeline and revenue performance of the Sales Development Organization. They will be responsible for working cross-functionally within Sales, Marketing, Operations and other organizations. This leader will partner with the CRO in setting budgets, directing GTM strategy and directing pipeline development throughout the entire GTM function.Responsibilities: Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets for the business Oversee front-line managers in their ability to execute monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Partner with the CRO to set organizational pipeline and revenue targets Set quotas and territories for the organization Set budget and hiring goals and expectations, and assist front-line managers in executing against those targets periodically Provide strategic direction to operations and enablement on how to deploy technology and processes organization-wide. Direct the GTM function in how to improve pipeline development. Work cross-functionally to improve GTM readiness across sales, operations, and marketing. Background Required: 7+ years of Sales Leadership experience 5+ Years of experience running sales or SDR/BDR teams Great coaching ability Intimate understanding of process optimization Deep insight into performance and strategy evaluation Experience running effective 1:1's Track record of effective collaboration between sales management as well as marketing leaders Proven work experience running high-growth SDR teams Knowledgeable in sales automation tools Location: San Diego, CA Other Essential Abilities and Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Establishes & maintains effective, collaborative relationships (internally & externally) Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills Customer facing Territory management Economic Package Includes: Salary $150,000 - $180,000 Plus Uncapped Commissions (Paid Monthly) Company Paid Health Care, Dental, and Vision Coverage Three Health Care Plan Options PTO and Sick Leave 401(K) Disability and Life Insurance Benefits $50 phone stipend per pay period San Diego Pay Range: $150,000"”$180,000 USDWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
