Job Position: SOM Technical Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Job Type: Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: Strong High-tech experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Provider Orders, Provider Contracts, Convergent Charging & Invoicing. 8-9 years of knowledge in CRM/BRIM SOM Technical area, including BRIM SOM Data models, tables, function modules, etc. Experience working on 2-3 projects in CRM ABAP & Web UI Technical area, and at least 1 project in BRIM SOM area. Strong experience in CRM Web UI including component enhancement, component workbench, component usage, and CRM UI screen enhancement. Knowledge in BRF Plus. Understanding of FQEvent and technical architecture of BRIM, including data flow across modules. Good knowledge in SOA integration to integrate with other BRIM modules & external systems. Exposure to B2B & EDI, online customer-facing eCommerce solutions, pricing, and contract management. Experience in crafting creative solutions to difficult problems. CRM Middleware experience. Certifications in SAP SOM & CRM. Implementation experiences in SAP SOM (CRM), SAP CC (Convergent Charging), SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing), SAP FI-CA, and SAP CM (Convergent Mediation). Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP FICA. S4/HANA processes, technical and integration knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
